Rachel G. Bastianos

Rachel’s driving force is creating beautiful designs. From a young age she enjoyed creating things from scratch and just letting her imagination run wild. She has taken floral designing to the next level.

Rachel has been a practitioner of the floral arts since the early 1990s. She has been on Maui for over 25 yrs, so you can be confident you are working with a professional who understands the importance of flowers to your client’s Hawaiian experience.

She is known for her modern, vibrant design style and innovative use of unconventional materials. Starting from your ideas, and combining the knowledge and visions of the Maverick Events design team, they create an innovative and extraordinary floral design for your event.

Rachel is always thinking about her surroundings and the different possibilities and possible flower/plant pairings. Many of her designs were created to stimulate people to invite a piece of nature into their special events. As well as blending flowers with illumination which creates amazing objects.
